The building in which Photo studio Hilversum is located, has a rich history. Originally build as a warehouse in 1906, it became a fruit and vegetable auction house shortly afterwards. In the late
40's, the woodburner factory 'Aristo' settled in. In the 70's the facade was altered into what it is today, and the industrial activities ended. They made place for a community centre called 'de
Spoel'. In the early 90's it got its 'living and working' permit. And as of 2016 'Photo studio Hilversum' has enthusiastically started their activities, after an extensive renovation. Visit us
and be amazed by the vast space and possibilities of the building!
